The breakfast was decent and filling, plus the location was great for exploring the area. the bed was comfortable, and the room was clean with all the expected amenities.

The staff was unhelpful and had a language barrier, making it difficult to communicate and get directions to nearby attractions. the lack of a swimming pool was disappointing, especially during the New Year's holiday.

My recent stay at Holiday Inn Express Zhengzhou Zhengdong, An Ihg was exceptional. The hotel's superb localization met all my international expectations. The rooms were very clean and modern, providing a comfortable and spacious stay. Additionally, the staff were very friendly and accommodating, making my experience even better. The delicious breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a wide variety of options. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Zhengzhou.
